This is our wonderful Church Hall
Below is a copy of the terms and conditions for hiring our hall.
Holy Trinity Church Hall
Date Hours Hall is Booked For
A £20 deposit is required at time of booking. Deposit is returnable after hall inspection. Hire fee £7.00 per hour
Less than one full weeks notice of cancellation will result in forfeiture of the deposit
Please note that the hall and surrounding area including the car park is a No Smoking Area
Please note that you as the hirer are personally responsible for your guests safety and maintaining good order both within and outside the hall.
Government Health and Safety Legislation now requires you to familiarise yourself and your guests etc. with Fire Escapes, Extinguishers etc.
Please keep the hall clean and tidy and leave it as you found it.
Any damages or breakages must be reported to the Hall Manager and paid for in full
Fire exits must be kept clear at all times
Please take any litter away with you as we do not have the facility to dispose of it, thank you
